What Data Do We Collect?
Online Orders:
In order to process your order we collect the following information:
your name, billing address, delivery address, phone number, email, and any names for the items to which we are personalising on your behalf.
This information may be collected via our dedicated website wwww.nameitlabels.co.uk or through 3rd party sites that we sell on such as Amazon, Etsy, and EBay etc.
This information is gathered solely to process your order and is stored on our internal order management system which is password protected and compliant with the GDPR. All systems are protected by firewalls. Our website has a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) ensuring all data passed is encrypted and secure.
Any financial information is handled by our payment service providers “PayPal” or “World Pay” Any payment placed online is encrypted and we do not have access to the card information.
We do not sell or rent this information to any other Company. If you have agreed we may periodically send promotional emails about new products and promotions.

Who has access to this information?
Only Name it Labels staff has access to your information via computers in our offices. Only authorised Name it Labels employees have access to the secure office. All orders are printed in order for us to process the order. We hold onto paperwork for up to 3 months after the order has been dispatched. After 3 months from the dispatch date, the paperwork is shredded using a commercial shredding company and a certificate is obtained.
Accessing Your Information
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you, in addition to requesting alterations to or deletion of your information.
To do this, we request you do so in writing by email sales@nameitlabels.co.uk.
When we receive any request to access, edit, or delete information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before taking any action. This is important to safeguard your information.

Customers have the option to sign up to receive emails periodically from Name it Labels. These emails contain our latest promotional codes and new product information.
